Calligarich: “To our clients, partners, and collaborators go our warmest wishes and heartfelt thanks.”
A year filled with achievements is drawing to a close for Electron Mec and Visiorobotics. In 2025, both companies experienced growth, strengthened their presence in established markets, and successfully expanded into new international regions. Relationships with universities and research centers have continued to deepen, many projects have reached completion, and others are set to take shape throughout 2026.
Luigi Calligarich extends his thanks “to all those who contributed to our progress: public institutions, employees, collaborators, clients, and partners who have shown they share our vision. With the hope that this synergy will continue and see us working side by side again next year, I wish everyone a peaceful and joyful Christmas.”
How would you describe the performance of 2025?
“The year is ending very positively, with solid economic and financial results. Despite being a complex period, especially from an administrative and regulatory standpoint, the substantial efforts made have paid off — and I must say, more than expected. While the industrial sector has shown signs of weakness, this trend was largely offset by intense activity alongside laboratories and research centers across Europe. Overall, the year-end results paint a decidedly positive picture.”
Europe has played an increasingly central role for you…
“Activities launched in new geographical markets such as Spain, Germany, and Poland have performed far above expectations, fully validating our strategic goals. In 2025, we also took part in more than 20 high-profile international events, 15 of which featured our dedicated booths. All of this is part of a broader marketing initiative aimed at strengthening the visibility and positioning of our brands. As is normal, the true impact will be measurable over the long term, but we are already seeing encouraging early signs.”
Can you share some examples?
“This year we participated in a significant number of public tenders, both in Italy and abroad. This required extra organizational effort compared to the past. Nevertheless, we managed to sustain the increased workload without compromising our relationships with long-standing clients, institutions, and research centers. In fact, we strengthened existing collaborations while delivering new and more effective technological solutions.”
How did you achieve this?
“On one hand, through generational renewal and the expansion of our in-house team; on the other, by extending collaborations with top-level international partners and suppliers. Supporting and coordinating newly hired personnel has certainly required significant work, but it has produced clear results. The company’s growth will undoubtedly require considerable effort in 2026 as well, but we remain determined to maintain our usual focus and quality for every client while integrating new team members into projects we strongly believe in. Growth is positive, but we have no intention of compromising what Electron Mec and Visiorobotics consider essential: dedicated attention, the value of human relationships, and the trust of those who rely on us.”
Speaking of ambitious projects: will next year see the launch of the clean room?
“One of our goals for 2026 is to continue strengthening our image and reputation, and to align our resources with the needs of a growing number of clients — in terms of knowledge, skills, and services. Among these services is the ambitious clean room project. We are perhaps slightly behind schedule, but our goal remains to have it operational by mid-next year.”
